This Privacy Policy applies to our mobile application, Bivg, and its associated services (collectively, our "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to our collection, storage, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service.

A. Information You Provide

We collect information you provide directly to us when you use the Service. This includes:

• Input Data: To generate gift messages, you provide details such as gift type, recipient relationship, occasion, and style preferences. This data is sent to our AI service providers to generate the content.
• Generated Content: We store the messages and images you generate locally on your device to provide a history feature.

B. Usage Information

We do not require account registration. Your usage history (coins, generated messages) is stored locally on your device using local storage technologies.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our Service;
• Process and complete transactions (e.g., coin purchases via In-App Purchases);
• Generate personalized content using AI technologies;
• Respond to your comments, questions, and requests;
• Monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities in connection with our Service.

3. AI Services

Our Service utilizes third-party AI models (such as OpenRouter, OpenAI, etc.) to generate text content. The input data you provide (gift details, recipient, etc.) is transmitted to these third-party services solely for the purpose of generating your requested content. We do not share your personal identifiable information with these services.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your generation history and coin balance are stored locally on your device. We do not maintain a central server that stores your personal history or messages. If you delete the app or clear your app data, this information may be lost.

We take reasonable measures to help protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction.

5. In-App Purchases

We offer virtual currency ("Coins") for purchase through the Apple App Store. All financial transactions are handled by the App Store. We do not collect or store your credit card or banking information.

6. Children's Privacy

Our Service is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete such information.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may change this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will notify you by revising the date at the top of the policy and, in some cases, we may provide you with additional notice.
