Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Bivg mobile application (the "Service") operated by us ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

1. Use of Service

Bivg provides an AI-powered tool to generate personalized gift messages and cards. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is illegal, offensive, threatening, libelous, defamatory, pornographic, or otherwise objectionable.

2. Virtual Currency (Coins)

The Service allows you to purchase virtual currency ("Coins") to access certain features (e.g., generating messages). Coins are not real money and have no monetary value.

• Coins are licensed to you, not sold.
• Coins are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• All purchases of Coins are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or the policies of the Apple App Store.

3. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Bivg and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You retain the rights to the messages and images you generate using the Service for your personal, non-commercial use.

4. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate content. You acknowledge that:

• AI may produce inaccurate or inappropriate results. We do not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of the generated messages.
• You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any generated content before using or sharing it.
• We accept no liability for any consequences arising from your use of the generated content.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Bivg, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

7. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
